Learning to Let Go and Go On With LifeThis 3-session class addresses a major toxin that negatively affects many people's lives and strips away their capacity for joy. Learning to recognize the many forms in which resentment, bitterness, anger and hurt detract from our health, no matter how justified we feel in our reaction to the person(s) or situation(s) that hurt us, is a major focus of the class. Most importantly, the program is designed to help you to transform that lingering feelings into true forgiveness and the emotional freedom that forgiveness can bring. |
